The Mockingbird

This home features two awnings, the first has a width of 28’ and a 12’ projection including LED lights, an E-Z Pitch adjustment, and wind sensor. The awning faces the water. The second awning features our Cross-Arm construction with an 11′ by 12′ projection. The Cross-Arm awning allows for your projection to be greater than your width. It is available in widths ranging from 8′ to 13′ 5” and is only available with 12′ projection arms. Shorter projection can be adjusted by the installer.

This home features a Sunbrella fabric called Paxton Dew and is located in the Meridan Marina area of Palm City, Florida. The awning beautifully complements the stunning pool and exterior paint color.
